It is kind of seed and it can grow outside the fruit. Cashew fruit is the seasonal fruit of Tanintharyi. It can get from the coastal area of Tanintharyi and Rakhine State. Local people dry Cashew nuts under the sun, devide the seeds, put on the oven and peel the seeds. It's  taste is  nutty. It can use as snack and dessert. It can also use in curry, soup, salad, ice-cream, etc. It only takes a week to make. It can be eaten as a snack or fried and tasted. Child, women and men eat to promote local product.
