It is with a stick and dried called dried clams stick (Dawei name Shup Thi Chout). It comes from Clam that grows inside mud or sand of lakes, rivers, streams and in the sea of Tanintharyi. It includes salt and clams. Local people of Tanintharyi make dried Clams in every season. They can get it by drying the sunlight. It can be eat snack and with cooked rice. It is also durable food. It only takes a week to make. It can be eaten deliciously by roasting with fried or frying in hot oil. Child, women and men eat to promote local product.
