It is a typical Kayah food. It comes from Kayah State ( Loikaw, Demoso). Kayah sausage is made by pork intenstine, garlic, ginger, kayah pepper, chilli, salt. Kayah sausage is produced by the local people of loikaw and Demoso. The local people likes it to try with Rice Wine and then the visitors like to bring back a souvenir from Kayah when they return home. It take 3 hours to get sausage. It is ready to eat but best to heat it before eating. It goes with Rice. Some local eat as with rice as a dish and some eat with Rice Wine or Wine or Beer. Target customer are the Local, foreigner, some business like a restuarant or a hotel
