It is traditional food and it is rice noodle in the dish which is made up of fish. It originates from Rakhine. It is composed of rice vermicelli, any white fish dish, Ngapi ,green and red chili sauce. Local people who live around Rakhine make them at home. It is the most delicious spicy food in Rakhine. It takes around one or two hour. You can have it as breakfast or lunch. All gender and religion can have it.
