Mont Kyut Phyu also called Mont Lay Pway is one of the time - consuming local products of Shan, mainly made with rice.In Shan, this product is mainly manufactured at Nyaung Shwe, Inle region.The main ingredient of this product is rice and other things needed while making are water, , thin cloth, hay, sunshine, firewood stove and hot sand.Being mostly produced by region's family businesses, the communities from Inle region maily delivered this product.It is popular for its matching with tea leaf salad or pounded papaya salad or some local snacks.Normally, it takes one or two days to get a eatable slice which depends on the weather because one of its processes needs to dry by sunlight.It can be eaten by originally or matching with tea leaf salad or pounded papaya salad or some local snacks. But in central Myanmar, it is eaten by jaggery juice.Every walks of life and everyone can eat it.
