It is a simple Kachin dish that is made from farm snails mixed with rice flour and garlic ginger. Some are cooked with spinach leaves and baby bamboo.

It is the most cooked food of Kachin farmers. Main ingredient: Farm snails, Rice flour, garlic ginger, salt. Most of kachin community made and love it.A dish that should be tasted in Kachin State as it is cooked naturally with no oil.It is take approximately one hour to cook. It is also eaten as a soup and as a snack.
