Thanaka, a yellowish-white cosmetic paste made of ground bark, is commonly known as a natural cosmetic in Myanmar. It composed of bark, wood, or roots of a thanaka tree. Local people who grow thanaka tree in field. It is popular among burmese people because of its quality and history. Thanaka trees are perennials, and a tree must be at least 35 years old before it is considered mature enough to yield good-quality cuttings.
